Candidate to Hold Press Availabilities, Meet Voters, and Headline Bonneville County Democrats’ Truman Banquet, May 15–16

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — Lori Hickman, candidate for Idaho Attorney General, will visit Idaho Falls on May 15 and 16, 2026, offering press and members of the public multiple opportunities to meet her, hear her vision for the Office, and ask questions. Hickman is running on a platform of restoring integrity and independence to the Attorney General’s Office and prioritizing respect for the law and service to the people of Idaho.

“Idaho Falls and Eastern Idaho represent exactly the kind of community I am fighting for,” said Hickman. “Every Idahoan — regardless of party — deserves an Attorney General they can trust to follow the law, protect their rights, and put people ahead of politics. I look forward to meeting voters this weekend and having that conversation.”

ABOUT LORI HICKMAN

Lori Hickman is an Idaho attorney, community advocate, and mother dedicated to public service, ethical leadership, and upholding the rule of law. A longtime Idahoan and graduate of Borah High School, she earned her finance degree from Brigham Young University and her law degree, with honors, from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1991. She began her legal career as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins in New York City, later served as Associate General Counsel at Micron Technology handling complex intellectual property and corporate matters, and has spent the past decade representing businesses and individuals at a Boise law firm. She also provides pro bono legal counsel in child protection cases and is the former Board Chair of Mormon Women for Ethical Government.

Hickman is running to restore the Attorney General’s Office to its tradition of trusted, independent legal leadership — an office that follows the Rule of Law wherever it leads, free from partisan politics. Her priorities include restoring trust and integrity, protecting Idaho women and families, safeguarding children, defending public lands and natural resources, preserving elections, supporting the justice system, and ensuring a strong public education for Idaho’s children.
