Veterans for Idaho Voters Endorses Lori Hickman for Idaho Attorney General

BOISE, Idaho — Lori Hickman, Democratic candidate for Idaho Attorney General, is proud to announce that she has received the endorsement of Veterans for Idaho Voters (V4IV), a nonpartisan organization of Idaho veterans committed to upholding the Constitution, the rule of law, and the rights of all Idahoans. Hickman was the first Democratic candidate to earn this endorsement.

Veterans for Idaho Voters is an Idaho-based organization of veterans who swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution — an oath they consider lifelong. V4IV advocates for the Constitution, the rule of law, support for the military and veterans, human and civil rights, free speech, individual privacy, and true representation. For Hickman, the endorsement carries deep personal meaning. Her grandfather, father, and brother all served in the United States military, and she has witnessed firsthand the dedication and sacrifice that defines a life of service.

Hickman is an Idaho attorney, community advocate, and mother with more than two decades of legal experience. A graduate of BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, she began her career at Latham & Watkins in New York City and later served as Associate General Counsel at Micron Technology. She currently practices business, litigation, and intellectual property law in Boise. Hickman also volunteers as an attorney representing court-appointed guardians ad litem in child protection cases and is the former Board Chair of Mormon Women for Ethical Government. She is running on a platform to restore trust and independent legal judgment to the Attorney General’s Office, uphold Idaho’s Constitution and laws, protect Idaho’s lands and waters, and deliver sound, professional legal counsel free of political agendas.
